This is the V9.L rangefinder on its own with extra laser on top ( still adjustable but no extras )

Unbeatable price, and we had it made to withstand up to .243 CAL unlike other versions !

How many times have you been out shooting, guessed wrong range calculation to target due to bullet drop, especially at night then missed.......well this is your answer. It can work DAY or NIGHT !

The older V5 unit will withstand up to 5.56 (.223) calibre shock, this new V9.L will take up to .243 cal, plus it's waterproof, if you need it to withstand up to .308 calibre then we do modify them to make them even stronger, we are the only UK seller that will do this, any seller stating this unit can take up to .308 calibre without the modification is not being truthful and your unit probably wont last too long !

The .308 version will be listed as version V4.1L308

For this rangefinder will enable you to zero the rangefinder to your scope cross hair with ease, no more shimming needed, now with the added laser on top its easy to zero to your scope in that daylight too !

Rather than weaver/picatinny mount it, you may also want to mount to a rifle scope tube, we have scope tube mounts in our shop to do this, please ask for details if you need one.

If you want to side mount it or 45 degree mount it, we have our own universal mount in stock

Will work day or night as laser can be seen by the tube(generation 2 & 3) or digital night vision device

manufacturer do not make the RF without extra side holes anymore, this is something we preferred as it withstands the cold more, however you can still buy the cold weather jacket from our store if you want it to function for longer in Zero deg.

How to use the unit,

Just mount it on your rifle or scope with a weaver/picatinny rail press and hold the remote button to turn on, press once more to range the target, look at the lit display to see the displayed range. You can zero this unit to your scope cross hair, with the adjustable mount that comes with the unit. You can change settings from the other menu button, meters or yards, fog and HD setting, also find out the speed of an object. screen also shows battery level and elevation angle. All this can help you calculate your aim point ( or dial in your turret) for the perfect shot.

Lasers = All lasers have a limit to what temperature they will fail at, then come back on when warm again. These types work up to around 0°C to + 40 Deg c

History

We started this venture after purchasing a simple but expensive NV scope, feeling a little robbed and knowing what parts go into making them plus the large gap between build cost and RRP, we decided to go the DIY route…….so here we are.

Having a long military & engineering background gave us the experience we needed to design these kits, not just to make customization for you, but also to make them ergonomic and practical for the job at hand. We started off with an idea quite a few years back and it grew into our first ever digital rifle scope, it was unmatched in the commercial digital rifle scope world at the time. It was in higher resolution, color screen, usable wind & elevation turrets with 9x magnification. The Photon ( which is a great starter NV scope ) was the only commercial scope to come near to our specifications for its type. Some people know our build as the CS DarkLight NV scope, we made 12 for various customers (some as far as the US) before deciding that we could design a business round this idea. We no longer build the DarkLight, but if you would like to attempt to build one, then follow our build instructions in the FREE STUFF section, where you can find many other designs, Some of which were before their time !

Not only did Ash at CRS sell me a great NV Scope, but he also spent over and hr just chatting with me about how to best set it up, if it ever goes wrong, I know where to go !
